Children's Bible Groups
We offer a variety of Bible studies and activities for kids of all ages to help them understand the teachings of the Bible and how to live a life of faith. We encourage children to explore their relationship with God and discover the joy that comes from knowing Him.
Sunday School & Classes
Sunday School | 10–11 am
WeePlay & Tot Time | 11 am-12 pm
Sunday School– We believe that children can begin their journey of faith at a young age. We offer a class for children ages 3-7 and one for those 8-years-old to 5th grade. Takes place every Sunday from 10-11 am.
Wee Play– For children ages 3-7 from 11 am–12 pm every Sunday. Wee Play includes a time of worship, a lesson, and a craft/play time that helps them understand the teachings of Jesus.
Tot Time– For children ages 2-4 from 11 am–12 pm every Sunday. Tot Time includes a time of worship, an age appropriate Bible lesson, and play time.
Daughters of the King
Last Friday of each month | 6-8 pm
If you are between the ages of 8 - 108, then this ladies' Bible study is for you! Daughters of the King meets at Bethany Christian Church in the 1851 building on the last Friday of each month. Dinner is served at 6 pm (feel free to bring a dish!) and a Bible study followed by a craft takes place from 7-8 pm.
Sword Challenge
Offered each Sunday | 11 am-12 pm
Bethany's Sword Challenge is a fun way for children to get engaged in God's Word during Sunday Service. Children ages 8 to 5th grade have the option to participate in the challenge by filling in the blank on small sheets that align with each week's sermon. A Sword Challenge party is hosted when 10 sheets are successfully filled within a quarter. Sheets are provided each Sunday.
